i think an actual competent coach would have this program competitive in 1-2 seasons max. And that's at ANY point since urban left. Urban left almost a decade ago, just stop it already.

Not every 'good' coach can rebuild a team. A good rebuilding coach takes 2 seasons. A great rebuilding coach one. We have not had a rebuilding coach in 10 years.

A team does not magically appear (generally) but rather is a explicit goal of the coach.

If you don't know the problem you don't know the solution.
