^THIS!!! A ship that has a small hole, but cannot find the materials needed to fix it. However, they have everything from electricty to other items on the damn island. Kinda like our team. Maybe move some players around and put playmakers out on the field.

I'm going to say the Skipper. Constantly flying off the handle over minor things, specifically at his little buddy. When the reality is, he's made the conscious decision to continue the relationship with Gilligan and also doesn't ever seem to really have much of a plan himself. Just likes to lose his cool and hit people with a hat.
