I don't know about you, but this has been the ride of my life. We just beat the #5 team in the nation with a quarterback who goes intermittently brain dead.

How did we get this fortunate?

I did predict 14-1 right after the UK game. I got the proof in the re-do season predictions thread. Lol. But really, great win! Go Gators!!

I did.

But that being said – what I am suprised with is the play of the defense. Grantham is calling plays lights out.

Great job by Dan and the staff. The team has been pretty clutch. There's a certain toughness to this team that they haven't had in recent years. I know it's not beating Alabama but 2 wins in a row 2 weeks in a row over a good SEC West teams LSU today at 5 and O coming in is just tremendous. It kind of gives you a good feeling inside. But it is kind of stunning this is happening after Kentucky pounded the Gators in the swamp.

One thing I'll say for Franks. He may not be a great QB, but he is one tough SOB.

The whole team is tough and physical in a way we haven't seen in years.

Great, great win today. This team seems to have something going. Lets hope all those recruits noticed.

If Kentucky loses to A&M tonight and to Georgia and if we can beat Georgia we can win the East.

I’m most impressed by the response when things got tough and they were down. Neither side of the ball folded. Perine needs more carries and proved it. Franks did enough and didn’t fold after what could have been a back breaking int. They truly are getting better and it’s actually nice to watch and not be able to call the plays out ahead of time. Coaches on both sides of the ball came up with a good scheme this week.
