Noon games probably are really difficult on those FSU players. Everyone knows they do most of their work after midnight. The NCAA should show some mercy here. Rape, theft, and dealing are physically demanding and take more than 4 to 5 hours of sleep for a guy to recover from.

That Ohio State team we beat had a linebacker that wanted to come to UF but was academically ineligible for us so he had to join them. Oops!

I really enjoyed throwing that in the trolls' faces.

If you guys remember, tOSU trolls were the worst ever before that game. Coming on Gator sites talking ungodly amounts of smack...how many times were they going to tell us about their DE's body fat percentage or how they had SEC speed because of their win over Miami or how this was the greatest college football team ever, it was BRUTAL. New trolls coming out of the woodwork every day talking about how the "real" mnc was when they beat Michigan, Tressel was Lombardi, Troy Smith was the GOAT. Insufferable.

Even in Glendale, their fans were so freakin' arrogant. They didn't come for a game. They came for a coronation.

They would buy us drinks because they felt sorry for us, for the Nebraska-esque ass whipping we were about to take. "Hey, you got a nice little team, too bad you caught us this year, shame you came all the way out here to see them get blown out, hey lemme buy you a drink, you're gonna need it."

I remember saying to them "Look, you may very well beat us, but this is an ELITE defense. Not a good defense, a GREAT defense. You may beat us. But you aren't going to blow us out."

The most points we gave up all season that year was 28 to Arkansas in the SEC Championship game. They were talking about scoring 40-50 on us AFTER our defense had almost a month to prepare. Hell no.

I really enjoyed beating the hell out of them. They were shell-shocked walking out of that stadium. Incredulous. Like it was a nightmare, not real. Oh, it was real alright.

Dammit. I want us to win again.

Took a short cut this morning.
Should know better.
I got a ticket there 10 years ago.
So it's about half a mile of road but they got a speed trap set up so they pull me over.
Black cop #ABCAB.
Cop tells me I have an outstanding ticket and my license is suspended.
First I've heard of it.
****ing red light camera. Illegal search and seizure if you ask me.
He writes ticket for 15 mph over instead of 14 cuz he's a dick.
Actually says to me "Since you got a recent ticket I'm gonna **** you over more". Or something to that affect.
So I ask where to go first, he says DMV but... my license is suspended so I'm not allowed to drive there.
Okay fine. Wait for him to leave and head for the DMV.

Need to pay off ticket first so head to Court Clerk instead.
Park, then realize I don't have a mask .
Head home for mask.
Walk into DMV with checkbook in hand. They ask for my DL.
Cop took my DL.
They don't take CC or Check without ID.
However they will take cash.
And I'm in the wrong county for the outstanding ticket.

Head for bank to get cash.
Bank branch is closed.
Find an open branch.
Present check for cash to pay ticket to get my DL back.
Bank wants DL...
before they will give me cash...
to pay ticket...
so that I can get my DL.

I don't have my DL. (see above)
That's okay we can use your ATM card for ID.
My ATM card is expired. (I never use it)
That's okay we can give you a new one.
Go sit in the corner with this dunce cap on and we will call you.
They call me. New lady accepts my passport card as ID.
Gives me temporary card.
Cashier doesn't know what to do with it.
Calls manager over.
They figure it out and give me cash.

Head to Court Clerk in correct county.
She asks for DL
I told you it's suspended.
Civil Servants
Lady is behind a 10 foot barrier with the plexiglass holes that you talk through covered up but keeps giving me schit about my mask not covering my nose.
F you lady. My glasses fog up.
Take my money bytch.
Eventually she pays the fine and reinstates my DL.
But I still don't have a real DL.

Head for DMV. (in the other county).
Take a number and wait.
Finally get called up.
"I need a replacement DL, a cop took it" I says.
"Okay " she says. "Can I see your DL?"
Civil Servants
"What don't you understand?" I think.
"I don't have it, that's why I'm here (you nimrod)".
"Okay answer some questions" She says.
"Have you ever had your license suspended?"
I can tell I'm dealing with a real genius here. No doubt a Biden voter.
Yes, I've had my license suspended. No, I've never been judged crazy (professionally). No, I don't want my organs donated.

Eventually I get my ID and I'm no longer a wanted man in Orange County.
Now I just have to decide what to do about today's ticket.

 

I've been following this guy's videos for a little over a year. He has some really cool videos which are not just educational, but always entertaining as well--each one is very well done. This guy is a former NASA and Apple engineer, worked extensively on the Mars Curiosity Rover project, and asst other engineering related things. You wouldn't think it from his age--sure looks young to me anyway. This video tells a good story for a young boy facing a very rare cancer(like only 6 kids have ever had it before!)

Worth the watch and also worth watching Mark Rober's other videos as well. They are very addictive. He has 16+million subscribers so a lot of folks feel that way.

 

That’s the word of the day/week/year for this athletic department. Our two most important sports employ head coaches that don’t hold players accountable and who constantly accept less than perfection.

Football - don’t even have to say much, probably just a few words: Marco, Stiner, Delance, Grantham. Zero accountability from the head man and down whether it be on the field or off (recruiting).

Basketball - watching tonight against UK is nauseating. No ball movement, iso ball, no rotations on defense and HORRID shot selection. And yet there are no repercussions, and you can tell because the same guys make the same mistakes (looking at you Scottie). These guys have no fear of being benched and it’s shameful.

Just pathetic for this program to be where we’re at, but I’m sure Stricklin sees no issues as long as we are “competitive.”
