If he wants an actual chance to play right away, they 100% arent. He can probably convince the ncaa about the family hardship situation if he goes to us or ucf, but not if he goes up to ohio. And if its down to us and ucf, its just down to us; ucf is just cannon fodder to strengthen his hardship narrative... and I'm fine with that.
