I like this up temp. At times GREAT ball movement. If Payne had caught that pass Lewis makes sports center

Even Locke is faking the 3 and choosing to drive. We are more energized right off.

Great offense!.....not so great defense (again).

Miss State basically has one guy and we can’t stop him. One guy.

Florida is up 45-35 at the half. Blackshear had 2 fouls and missed part of the half and Nembhard left with a rolled ankle

Nembhard rolled his ankle pretty bad. He may come back tonight, maybe, but he could be out for a couple of games

Good first half for the Gators. but correct me if I am wrong but doesn't Ben Howland coach at MSU? The same guy whose entire career reputation was built on physical toughness and in your jock defense? Florida may still have scored 50 points in the half, but that was an embarrassing defensive effort by MSU. I can't say that it was a bad performance b/c without effort there can be no performance. Credit to the Gators for making those uncontested shots that they have struggled with all year, but the Ben Howland from 10-15 years ago would have had his eyeballs bursting out of his forehead with a defensive effort like that.
