Hell of a deal...any taxes....internet only?

200m is more than enough bandwidth for ‘most’ people who just surf the web and stream TV. I went to gig because it was only $20 more for me. If I had that option, I’d definitely switch to it.

So I've officially switched to HULU Live TV.

Sony actually killed PS Vue around 4:30 pm on the 30th, but because my wife was on the app on our main tv before they killed it we ended up being able to continue to stream it, change channels and everything until 11pm that night when I ended up closing the app. After that it was gone lol.

Hulu live TV has really good picture quality, no complaints on that whatsoever.
The channels they offer is what brought us here instead if YouTube TV. Certain channels my wife had to have. We don't have a lot of use for the DVR, and hulu keeps a pretty up to date library of shows etc that outside of live events, not sure how much one would really need DVR on here.

I liked the channel guide on PS Vue better than Hulu.
Fav channels and setting fav shows, etc, are a bit different too, and moving around to them is a little less intuitive than it was on PS Vue.
It was a lot easier to go from regular cable to Vue. HULU takes some getting used to.

That said, I think as I get more used to it, the functionality of the way it is set up will become more apparent. There is a lot to take in and the backlog of shows they have will probably become a nice feature as everything will be more or less in one place.

It's a solid replacement...but initially, I liked Vue better. But I cannot complain. Hulu is a good product.

Thanks for the info URG. We have also just "chosen" Hulu and added Netflix, but I have not really had a chance to test it out. Not having had PS Vue, I wont have the comparison.

Just need to make a trip to the Cox store to drop off some junk...

So we now have Hulu Live TV, Netflix, Prime Video (which is like Netflix and comes with Amazon Prime membership) and Disney+, all for less than we would have paid for cable.
Saving $30-40 a month from what we would have paid and having access to WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY more content.

We just started Hulu today, so I will report back in time on what I think of it going forward.

What "hardware" do you need to make this work? Same question if multiple TVs?

Damn near any streaming device.
Except the Sony Playstation consoles. They only stream YouTube TV for live tv streaming...at least for now.

I am currently using Amazon Fire products for everything, and it is one for each tv.

btw, I am still loving the Netgear Orbi set up. Great equipment

Thanks, and yes, in nearly 3 years with 2 systems in two houses (mine and son #1's flop house in Gainesville), I've yet to have an issue with the Orbi.

So small bonus on Hulu Live TV.
On my Samsung Note 9 I can watch it on split view, which means I can watch tv and be on here at same time on same device...something I couldn't do with PS Vue.

You didn't use the vue app on your phone?
