Has the administration ever said that before? Who exactly do you mean by administration?
The academic administration and thus, to some extent, all the way to the AD. The fact, btw, that I can't offer conclusive proof causes me no doubt whatsoever. In fact, the academic administration would close the football program tomorrow if it would improve our academic reputation that much.

P. S. In my experience, the only reason that academic administrations tolerate football at all is because student applications show an undeniable correlation with winning football, at least below the Ivy League

I’m sure revenues from the brand also assist with building/maintaining the endowment, right?

Is my impression wrong? Brewster seems so much more energized than most of the staff.
Bc he tweeted twice?

Look, he is known as a great recruiter, Im just messing with you. But I wish we had more than a couple of these guys.

It is hard to pull dead weight. And there is no evidence that anyone in charge thinks our recruiting isnt good enough anyway. If your job isnt at risk, why would you work harder?

Tweeting isn't much, but you would think that I would have seen tweets from some who don't seem to do it.

for reference, Knox doesn’t have a single original tweet dating back prior to ESD. I’m not sure how that’s even possible in today’s environment, but he has only generic retweets with only about 2-3 even saying “congrats” or something similar.

Tweeting for positive impact is a skill, requiring charisma, social intelligence, and a plan. We don’t want Knox tweeting. At least he knows his strengths and weaknesses.

You'd think they'd assign him a intern - some 20 year old business major or similar - who is an expert tweeter, and have them send out at least one tweet/day. It's ridiculous. It's not like he's Bobby Bowden and never heard of the internet!

Someone in the social media office.
