This kid is the #1 QB in the 2022 class - btw, the state of Georgia is loaded w/ QBs - and he's down to two schools:

UGA and.....South Carolina. WTF??? How does Muschamp keep pulling these top rated QBs? He recruits better than the "best QB coach in the country" Dan Mullen. HOW?? He's on the hottest seat in college football and would have been gone if not for the buyout.

I'm not quite sure of what the right adjective is, but for as little experience Trask had and not being a proper fit for the offense, I thought he played pretty well. Definitely too many fumbles and some bad picks (and some "shoulda been" picks), but overall you'd have to agree he exceeded all of our expectations.

if you are a passing quarterback and you go to play for Dorky Dan or Chump you're a moron.

Regardless of your opinion on Mullen - this is more about Muschamp. Has any QB he's had gone on to the NFL (without transferring to another program first)? Other than Emory, I believe all of Muschamp's QBs have been ranked higher than Mullen's. Why would a HS QB pick Muschamp? He has an 8+ year track record of disaster offenses and going through OC's every year or two.

I mean sure, that was a bad game. But as we discussed during the season last year, a lot of good adjustments were made and some probably weren’t possible (OL blocking’s, etc). There were still several good games, if memory serves.

Because THIS is the year that he’s switching to a more innovative offense!

You’re probably right. I’m glad Trask took the initiative to just wing it and overcome the coaches in all but two games. He was so polished coming out of high school that he really didn’t need help.
