Even though Corral looks like he belongs in MS 13 he also looks like the real deal.

Yeah, other teams had Wuhan too and dont look tiny.I believe the foundation strength program was stymied from mid-March until now. It has had a similar effect on our HS team. However, it doesn’t fully explain our defensive foibles and has nothing to do with all the mental mistakes made on that side of the ball.
Law, we know. We know. Every post we know. Just accept the Big 12 style is the norm now and you will be happier. And so will we. Just sayin'.Yeah, other teams had Wuhan too and dont look tiny.
We look tiny bc we havent landed an ILB for years, only landed a couple of DTs in three classes and are trying to play a bunch of 240 pounds kids on DL and 210-220 pounders at LB.
it isn't the norm anywhere except the big 12. no one else in the SEC are playing by these tiny defense rules.Law, we know. We know. Every post we know. Just accept the Big 12 style is the norm now and you will be happier. And so will we. Just sayin'.
No argument and if you compare body types with our OL, the OL looks more typical of what you’d expect. Point is that the best thing that can be done to repair under-sized defenders lies in the strength and nutrition program, both of which were interrupted. That said, we got a little more behind-er, so to speak. Until the recruiting deficiencies on this side of the ball are rectified and the strength and nutrition part is more normalized (a lot of that improves the longer they are together), then coaching your @ss off better take place.Yeah, other teams had Wuhan too and dont look tiny.

1) Pierce got a shout from the announcers on one pass pro. Not sure if it is the one you referenced, but given the overall protection yesterday, I think it’s safe to say the backs are doing their job in compliment with the OL in this small sample.Couple of questions that maybe some of you can answer.
1) On an Ole Miss safety blitz, our RB stood the safety up and Trask completed a nice pass (maybe a Pitts TD). Which RB did that?
2) Trask's arm seemed stronger. Is it? Is that even possible? I have always felt that long, limber arms equal speed, i.e., Tebow was muscle bound. How might Trask have increased his arm strength?
3) Did our big, young DTs play much yesterday?
4) Is there any chance that his success with Trask and the new OC might change Mullins' philosophy?
My reason for wanting EJ to play more is the possibility of injury to Trask. I was annoyed that our defense wouldn't let EJ take the reins. One thing I didn’t mention was the Trask / EJ sweepstakes that has gripped many of our fans. @GatorTruth133 made a great point to this in his recap:
Trask showed today that unless you are placating Jones, there is no reason to put him in unless the game is out of reach.
Look, by all rights EJ is a great athlete and has potential as a signal caller and leader. A good friend that I coached with for a number years who moved to Heard Co. raves about what a great person EJ is as well as a football player. Glad he’s a Gator and know that if he’s both committed and patient, he’ll get his chance. But right now, he’s behind Trask and I think whatever trust issues, maybe even the optics(?), that may have concerned Mullen are assuaged. 400+ and 6 TDs on top of last year should convince you. I’m all for having a package for EJ in certain situations as opposed to giving him series that risk disrupting the flow of the game.
The baddest Mofo in a pink shirt in the history of the world. The pleasure was all mine cowboy!
Fear the running game wont work without EJ and somehow the passing game falls apart?
by the way what do you think about our passing game playbook yesterday? there were a lot of things I've never seen before. am I hallucinating?
