WE can fire Grantham tomorrow. Our problem is much deeper. Not taking defensive recruiting seriously over the last several years is the main problem. You can't continue to build a defense on transfers.

No. He's a realist. Grantham is a fraud and will probably get us beaten today and possibly a couple more times after that. If DM doesn't clean house on D after this season, I'm done. The O is quite good but not great. The D flat out sucks. I know that there is little chance that DM makes the change and zero chance that DM doesn't get at least five years. But I am really fed up with the incompetence on D and the clock is ticking big time on on DM.
