I'd be surprised if any of the new cases are in our secondary since they have been practicing social distancing. Just ask Caleb Chapman.

Just a trick by Mullins to avoid two more west losses.

He probably had these guys licking door knobs and kissing each other, maybe bought some of those Chinese Orange County 100% positive tests.

I figured this was bound to happen. Of course it had to happen before the one game I planned to go to this year.

What exactly is the reasoning for postponing the game? If they can determine who's positive in less than 24 hours what is the delay for? If members of the team came down with the flu they would have to play the game as scheduled.

this.
As crazy as it sounds LSU did it right. Just let them all rub up on each other in the off-season and pass Covid around braving the 99.997% chance young healthy men in that age group will be fine so your team gets heard immunity and won’t have to deal with it during the year.
I know this sounds insensitive, but I can speak from my Own anecdotal experience of dealing with both me and my wife being infected back in the late spring. Having the Rona absolutely sucked and wasn’t fun, but I would have much rather endured it upfront knowing that the overall likelihood is that now me and my family enjoy immunity statistically speaking.
Another part that I have found absolutely ridiculous is the 14 day quarantine for people who have just been tagged as Being in contact with a Covid patient. To me it would seem that two negative test should clear you to return right back to everyone else without needing to wait two weeks as if you were sick despite the fact that you’re not. A lot of nonsense being flouted as an exercise in control. That being said prayers out to the guys who are dealing with this right now.

Agreed

And the LSU way is the way a sober USA would and should have approached this but we all know that this was never about a virus.
Unfortunately the really dangerous virus that has endangered the country is TDS and it has had a stranglehold on half the country for 4 years now

So the “plan” is to move the LSU game to the 31st to avoid filling in the open date at the end of the season...so no bye for UGA...but they get one...how fortuitous for Sankey and UGA

Like it matters with our defense.
