You and I used to be pals, now you're openly calling me out and it hurts.
The indisputable facts:
1) Mullen never would have recruited Trask
2) Mullen never would have played Trask if his hand wasn't forced
3) Mullen can't stand Trask personally because he makes him feel worthless and they don't speak
All this started because neteng went ballistic when it was suggested Mullen lucked into Trask. Now neteng has ADMITTED that statement was true and I was absolutely right all along. I guess I don't see what you dorks are still arguing about, at least with me.
1) Probably right. Different style. Meyer wouldn’t have recruited Leak, who we needed to win a title in 2006.
2) Played Trask to close Mizzou and planned to start him until he broke his foot.
3) Also probably right. I imagine QB/offensive meetings with a lot of, “well maybe if someone had read the safety there”, and “hey, maybe you can your pal Felipe” type comments. Probably have to
separated all the time.
