The SC board is saying that Billy Napier and Shane Beamer are the primary targets for the job.

I understand that he’s from the state, and he’s had success at Louisiana. But he wouldn’t be getting this type of look if not for his time under Saban. So they’re going down that path again. Because, you know...that’s worked well.

Well, just like Foley, he went to the same well twice (w/ two consecutive Saban guys)....the second being an "offensive coach".

On that note, I watched about two series of the CMU game last night. The offense they're running looks nothing like what they ran at UF. smh And the CMU defense is atrocious!

Apparently Shane Beamer and possibly Scott Satterfield are in the running, but Satterfield is being disputed.

ULL? The same school who almost defeated UF in 2012 under MusDump while Mark Hudspeth as their HC? If Billy Napier is anything close to what Hudspeth has done at ULL, please, USC Cocks! Hire Billy Napier.

Muschamp once again proves that he's smarter than all of us put together. The crafty ability to do just well enough to get hired at a good paying gig, yet just poorly enough to get fired from such gigs while still under contract, is a skill that should not be discounted. Saban, like a dumbass, only makes like 6 million a year due to the fact that he's only working one job at a time, while the evil genius chimp is doubling and sometimes tripling up on his salary. He is cramming 25 years of HBC pay into a short 10 year timeframe. SMART!

There's an article on the Clemson site about the number of analysts Clemson has vs. SC, this is pretty telling on commitment to win:

Clemson's group includes 15 people, including nine full-time making nearly $850,000 in annual salary.

South Carolina has six analysts, including two full-time at $165,852.

Chump wouldn’t listen to an analyst.

@GatorDave_SEC: Had my SC buddy tell me yesterday this happened. Doubtful Johnson gets this job, but this shows interest is only going to ramp up.

Trask doing his thing. Definitely not his fault that we are way below our scoring average

I think 6 is more than we have.

Satterfield said no.

Please God, let them hire Beamer. We need another HC in the SEC East with zero experience.
