It got bad enough (toxic) during the end of the Fulmer years. I still say part of the problem is Fulmer. When your culture is that toxic who in their right mind would go there. UT would have to give the keys to kingdom over to whoever they get (if it was a top tier coach) and stay out of it. Problem is......Fulmer will never let that happen. So enjoy where UT is for now. They will be there longer (if not already) than any other team in the SEC, except maybe Vandy.

This is correct. Fulmer wants all the power, he swims around in a toxic pool of disarray & mayhem. The fans up here are totally delusional and it it fabulous! UT will always have a big recruit or 2 and the classes will be less than average. However, with Fulmer pulling the strings and hanging around practices "giving advice" the vols will struggle for another 10 years and I hope I get to enjoy every second of it!
