Kyle Trask made millions for guys like Kadarius Toney and Trevon Grimes. Last night, they re-paid him by potentially costing him millions. They hung him out to dry.

If Franks hadn't broken his ankle, Toney and Grimes would have been late round picks at best, more likely undrafted free agents. We would have been throwing for 150 yards a game, not 400. Even Pitts would have been a second rounder at best.

There are 4 seniors on the offensive line who pass blocked well all season to help those guys build up their stats. For many, last night was the last time they'd ever play meaningful football. They were embarrassed and humiliated in their last game wearing a Gator jersey.

A great Gator and a Heisman finalist may well have to remember for the rest of his life that in his last game, he threw 3 picks in the first quarter, got benched, and may have dropped out of the first round.

The video message from Pitts that aired during the game was nauseating.

We know it won't happen, but I'd like to see a heartfelt apology from the quitters to the team.

"We're a team, we're family, we're brothers, we go to war for each other, love, loyalty..."

Bull sh!t.

It's bull sh!t.

It's selfishness. It's me. It's about getting mine. Fcuk the rest of you guys.

I think Grimes will have a good combine but he's still maybe a 3rd rounder. WTF is he opting out for??? A big game may have moved him up a half-round and made him some money. Nah. He turned his back on his team. Marco??? Seriously? Kyrie who already missed the first half of the season??? WTF are you opting out for?

It's sickening. Abandoning your teammates when they need you. It's cowardice.

Completely agree. We obviously have some other problems with this team but this simply can't be overlooked. The one good thing this team had all year was a deadly passing game, and the entire passing offense decided not to play. I'm pissed and embarrassed.

Wish I could give it 100 likes. Fuch everyone of those fuching quitters. I know it won't happen but I wish they'd never get the opportunity to play another down of football in their quitting ass lives. This kinda shyt is going be another nail in the coffin of the future of college.

Well stated, Alex. Couldn’t agree more. They bailed on him like bunch of pampered pansies. And all he did was stand tall in the face of that embarrassment.

Pitts made things worse with his video. He should have kept his mouth shut.

I think when a player opts out of a bowl game, the facilities should be closed to that player for draft prep. No more free food and no more free room and board.

Of all the opt outs, dan's was the worst. You know why? He did his after the game.

At least the kids who quit had the decency to let everyone know before the game. Dan opted out 3 weeks ago but didn't tell anyone, then after the team got humiliated he threw them under the bus and claimed we never should have been playing.

Even butters isn't that big of a loser.

Makes you wonder what kind of a culture we're building here. These guys were chomping at the bit to opt out. Why isn't there a brotherhood and these guys want one more game together? Especially coming off of a loss.

I remember a few years ago when opt outs first became a thing I got roasted on this board for saying it was a btch move and either shouldn't be allowed or some level of payback to the school should be required.

Some of those saying I was an idiot are btching about them now. Told y'all this is what would happen. Eat your heart out.

A new head coach and staff would help scrape the dogschit off our shoes but it will take a while to get rid of the smell.

There should be a blimp flying over Hogtown right now that says Schitters Full, Time to Pump The Tank

It's not just Trask. Maybe guys like Pierce and Davis would have had good nights if the OU defense was concerned about Toney, Grimes, and Pitts. Selfish teammates may have cost them an invite to an NFL camp.

They let their teammates down.

What about the Gators and the Gator brand? It's in the history books. One of our worst losses since 1990. That score is in the record books forever. There's no asterisk.

Seeing trashy OU players mocking the chomp and trashy OU fans mocking the SEC was made my blood boil. I wanted to run out there and hit somebody. Marco Wilson didn't feel the same way. Ventrell Miller didn't feel the same way. They didn't care.

They didn't care.

He actually said that?

We are probably going to see a mass exodus of even more players on top of the 8 players that opted out for the bowl game. They know the writing is on the wall for Mullen and company and they don't want to be there when it gets really bad like 4-8 bad next season. They won't want to stick with a program that is going nowhere and already doesn't have the talent to compete with the upper echelon of college football.

Mullen said he opted out after the Vandy game. Reading between the lines, we can see that he will either be gone to the NFL soon or he already knows that his time is short at UF.

watch the presser if you can stomach it. At least 5 times...

No doubt to lay emphasis to the myth that he’s a far superior coach to what you saw on the field. I’d have thought Mullen was ready to join the grownups now that he’s a dozen years into head coaching. That proves he still belongs at the little people’s table.
