He’s not done beating off to the idea. Think it might be a while. He should be brought in immediately in some capacity. Recruiting and coaching would see a major uptick. I'm shocked I beat Law to this post.

I’ll jump on the bandwagon and say we need to find a spot for him in the program somewhere.
Because of the probation, could he be fired and receive no buyout?
Not to be confused with our incoming President.Because we arent old and have dementia.
Well, one out of two ain't bad.Because we arent old and have dementia.
A planet that includes an incoming US President.Still the absolute worst "lying face" on the planet. I have no doubt it contributes to his recruiting difficulties. Just imagine questions like, "Am I going to sit for 3 years before I play?", or "Is it true you're looking at another RB in this class?", then picture this gif.
63, I think I read. I thought he was 60 in 2006 or so. Tough living growing up in West Virginia. He's in his 60's...come retire in FL and still make a few Mil$$$
Settlements are a fact of life. but the willfulness of this violation is quite helpful for us.It's not as cut and dried as Law Donk's answer. I'd be willing to bet if he's whacked, CDM still receives a hefty chunk of change to go away and fill the sh!tter elsewhere.
he's kind of old. I expect him to retire. He’s not done beating off to the idea. Think it might be a while.

I hate to say if, fellas, but now that the dust is settling on the SDS article, methinks we're all getting our hopes up for naught. CDM ain't going anywhere. I seriously doubt we'll fire him. Even with the abysmal end to the season, his W-L record is still good enough for Stricklin, Fuchs and the UAA and at the end of the day, willful or not, his recruiting transgressions do seem comparatively minor. And who hasn't been a bit off their game in post-game pressers now and again? YouTube is filled with vids of coaches performing far worse.
And I am certain no NFL team is dumb enough to try to "lure him away". In no way is he an NFL-caliber HC. Even if some dimwitted owner buys into his "quarterback whisperer" mystique, he can test that theory by hiring him as either a QB coach or OC and not trust the entire direction of the franchise to him.
I really do hope I'm wrong.
Mullen is our coach next year. Anyone want to bet?
