Mullet has lost the fan base. Mostly due to Granthum, but also bonehead game management. Time to move on, Dan.

It’s do just as much, if not more, to his idiotic, arrogant post-game comments, actions and attitude. The guy is a pompous douche bag who can’t back it up.

I really don’t think he’s lost the fan base. I think we’re in the minority on this site while most of Gator Nation buys the “QB whisperer/offensive genius” narrative and blames our latest failures on Grantham.

I tend to agree that we’re the minority.
Outside of this board most of the comments I read are blindly positive with assurances that Mullen is taking us to the promised land which is really hard to believe.
However, in this era of censorship and coverups there is no way to know if the public sharing represents the true feelings of the fanbase

I dunno. I’ve seen quite a few people outside this board, including sportswriters, who are saying very similar, unflattering things to what many here are saying. I’ve also got family & friends who were big Mullen supporters a year ago who have done an about face. I don’t think people oblivious to his buffoonery & arrogance.

And without the recruiting.

Prove me wrong.

Just a mediocre coach and a trash receuiter with a dumpster fire Clown Town and Tinerc propping up his still mediocre record.

Completely agree with you. With Tennessee and Florida State being down, Mullen's first two seasons were the easiest schedule a Gator Coach has had in probably 40 seasons. the 10 wins in seasons 1 & 2 should have absolutely been expected if not demanded with those schedules. I have been saying this since his first season ended. His record vs. ranked opponents is abysmal.

Not even ranked opponents...his record against teams with equal or more talent is 2-6....never winning **** here

Can we all agree that he's head and shoulders above Chimp and Butters?

He has shown flashes of both brilliance and utter incompetence and it's hard for me to reconcile the two. Overall, I think he's our Mark Richt. Good enough for 8-10 wins a year, but not good enough to win championships. He's a caretaker coach until someone better becomes available, someone to make sure we don't fall into FSU/Tennessee-tier irrelevance.

At least that's what I hope. I hope Stricklin keeps his ears and eyes open for the next great hire. The Sabans and Spurriers and Meyers of the world aren't going to come knocking on our door - we're going to have to recruit them just like we should be recruiting 5-stars.

blah blah blah Mark Rick blah blah blah flashes a brilliance.

no he's not Head and shoulders above Chimp or Butters.

clearly better at recruiting, defense, strength and conditioning, probably special teams. Basically everything other than offense.

Butters was pretty similar. Dan mullen's ball is just as ineffective as butters ball. frankly the only flash of brilliance you claim to see is that Mullins was forced to play a quarterback he did not want to, and finally forced to play a style of offense he did not want to, luckily that offensive coordinator is gone.

ask for richt, it's a terrible comparison. Rick recruited reasonably well, and sometimes elite.

butters had two SEC championship games, dildo Dan has one.

really all you can say is that dildo hasn't had a $hiit sandwich year here at UF yet, as he did at cowbell multiple times. after the triple face plant and him just flat out quitting in the bowl game, I'm confident that's on the way just as confident as I was with the last two coaches when they lost the team's respect.

enjoy dive, keeper, screen pass ball again, because that's what's coming. 50-80th ranked offense, just like his resume says.

it's funny how many of you are blinded by him getting easy wins over total ****shows at Tennessee and Florida State.
