I checked Stubhub just for giggles...and giggle I did...$140 a PIECE is the cheapest for Sunday’s game...I think the cheapest for the opener is 230 a piece...as of now that’s a hard no

Theres only about 2000 seats, Jud Fabian's father was on twitter bitcccching about not be able to get tickets , but season ticket holders that DID get tixs were flipping them on 2ndary market

Totally ridiculous. They really did a shytty job trying to spread the tickets around so more people could see a few games. But what would you expect from the shyttiest Athletic Dept. known to man? But with that said I certainly do not begrudge those that have tix trying to resell them. Once they have seen the new field once, it will look the same every time.

The trouble with a superbly pitched game is that it's superbly boring. Baseball strikes out when there's minimal hitting action. ??
Of course, when it's our pitcher mowing batters down, then, as it goes on, every pitch gets more exciting.

Why people keep listening to him is beyond me...I guess it just speaks to the power of television

Thanks to the left-leaning surge, propaganda is on a non-stop promotional run = run little Fauci run.

Yeah I agree overall... I just don’t get why these schools/conferences don’t allow a greater capacity...in a 10k seat arena/stadium, you could easily allow 50% capacity and still social distance....only letting 1500-2000 in sounds like it’s not even worth the hassle IMO

True but now with Dictator Dementia Joe in there (for now), people are waking up more...what a coincidence that cases started going down right after Inauguration Day...it’s almost like it was political!

Yeah I could go to the 500 for about the same price as a college baseball game...insane

It was not that long ago that you almost needed to pay people to go to baseball games. We could walk out of classes and catch the last five innings by just walking in.

The first time I had season tickets I think it was like $40 for the season. It worked out to about a buck a game

As a student, it was the ideal place to rate halter tops!

I'm stoked about the dawn of the new season and I hope we win the CWS!

I believe we're going to have an incredible regular season and win damn near every game (we won't go undefeated)...

and then flame out in the post season and dramatically underperform relative to our talent level, like usual...a prototypical Sully Special.

And before any of you go getting all in a twist, let me say that I hope I'm wrong (although I doubt I will be).

Are we going to be able to move base runners over and score or is it Home Run or bust with the offense, like usual?

In the regular season or post season? Regular season we'll hit & run, steal bases & manufacture runs in a host of different ways. Hell, we'll look like a team that could beat the mid 90s Yankees teams that won multiple world series titles. Post season, we'll forget how to do all the things I referenced above & instead play Long Ball or Bust...and most likely bust.

This Florida Gators team has a chance to be among the most talented in college baseball history.” ~ Aaron Fitt, D1Baseball

I don't doubt that, they probably are the most talented team in history. As a matter of fact, this team has so much talent that if they don't go all the way and win the CWS, Sully should be fired on the spot...with cause.

I have had season tickets since 1998 (over 20 years) at $125.00 per seat for bench seats. This year it is $250.00 for chairbacks. That is about the cheapest available unless you sit on the outfield berms

I graduated UF with my final degree in 1976, so baseball tickets for any game were easy to come by; in fact, not needed after the game started. The ball field was quite a bit different then; the hill was our homefield advantage.

Although everything has changed, I hope for an inaugural sweep of coral gable dust devils at the new Ball Park!

This hurts, but we should be deep enough to absorb the hit.
