As usual, I don't know WTF you are talking about. The Team now has the measure of their Coach. They know what buttons to push and when to push them. Hard for Urban to maintain control.
After the media meltdown about Doyle's hiring, I'm in Urbs corner even harder.
So just about every year there is some player that is allowed back into the league despite real, verifiable missteps, resulting in suspensions and/or arrests, sometimes even including women. And the message promoted is second chances and “don’t judge”. But a guy has accusations of a particular conduct or attitude, and is somehow unemployable? And it wouldn’t be just the NFL. Any high profile position of any kind would be off limits from here on out. He can no longer provide for his family because some people thought he was mean because of “racism”. Why not just speed things up and make it a death penalty offense? Want to get nuts? Let’s just get nuts.
Guess my posts are a kind of IQ test. I don't mind that some of you flunk and don't understand. As usual, I don't know WTF you are talking about.
The media decided his fate.Guess my posts are a kind of IQ test. I don't mind that some of you flunk and don't understand.
BTW, if the team didn't tell the administration that the coach had to go, how do you think he got dismissed?

That’s the narrative. I just thought he sucked.Kaepernick was essentially blacklisted right?

He voluntarily, repeatedly and verifiably went out of his way to create controversy. If it were as simple as taking a knee, many more players would be out as well. But mocking cops as pigs, praising Castro and other things will get you in an unpopular spot, very quickly. He wanted attention, then just wanted to be toxic, and he succeeded. I could easily get 10 posters here to say you’re not a good guy, without anything of substance. That’s essentially what you have with Doyle.
And CK refuses to change his position, knowing full well the consequences. He could clarify matters and throw some positive things out there and he’d be fine. He chooses not to. Assuming these allegations are even true, if Doyle is willing to change his behavior, how is he not allowed to do so?
Will be Urb's second in command along with some coaching in the secondary or linebackers can't remember which.Unsure where Charlie fits in on the staff, if he actually is on it that is.

Before his "blacklisting" wasn't he benched for Blaine Gabbert(SP)???That’s the narrative. I just thought he sucked.
