Captains log, day 2.

20 hrs into symptoms. Actually slept well and woke up feeling decent around 6am. Light headache, mild fever. Symptoms are kicking back up again now, chills and sweats returning and fever back up above 101. Lost taste last night, everything tastes like water. I'm ok laying down and bundled up but if I get up I get lightheaded and dizzy and start freezing. Just lying here watching frozen (apropro) with my daughter

Durty and Mrs D are positive. She's already over it, my symptoms just started. 103 temp, headache, cold chills. No sniffle, cough, or throat issues tho.

I wish I could visit Durty right now. I drank a full glass of black cherry juice with sweet chili hummus at lunch and my farts are abundant, rancid, and unbearable to any human. I'd be sitting there chatting away empathetically with him and he would be unwittingly eating the worst farts known to man. As it is now, they are totally going to waste.

27 hours in and feel immensely better this afternoon. Very mild headache, haven't had a fever since around noon. No other symptoms and I'm actually tasting food again as long as it's not real mild flavors like lunch meat or milk.

Just feel tired and get a little spacy if I walk around for more than a few minutes. I'm guessing by this time tomorrow I'll be pretty much over it.
