Rumor has it the real number was 5.19.[/QUOTE
It's been established that Rumor's stopwatch is ever so faulty.
Doesn’t look like a 4.46 at all
I thought the same and self timed it. It's pretty close. I actually ended up under, but that is common in self timing due to starting delay (though that is somewhat set off by stopping delay and on this tape, estimating the line that is just off screen when he crosses). I did it three times and it was all nearly the same. I guess the video could be slightly edited.
Doesn't help? Really? Maybe cover with a LB.My first thought was there is no way that was 4.46. But I think because he’s 6’6 his strides are just covering a lot of ground.
Either way this is just something to talk about. Barring him running a 5.5 he was always gonna be a top 10 pick. This doesn’t help that.
Can't you read? 4.46 doesn't matter.Pitts is a whole different animal. Too big to be covered by a corner. Too fast for a LB or strong safety.
Once in a decade or two type player.
if it's 4.6, it still doesn't matter. plenty of good or even great NFL players run 4.6 in pajamas. Can't you read? 4.46 doesn't matter.
Guess they never heard of John Carlosif it's 4.6, it still doesn't matter. plenty of good or even great NFL players run 4.6 in pajamas.
Wrong. Below 4.5 for a man his size matters. You were on the right trail when you said he couldn't be covered by a LB. I believe a poster said "... too fast for a LB..."if it's 4.6, it still doesn't matter. plenty of good or even great NFL players run 4.6 in pajamas.
