Yes. But for that matter, you have nice homes in the Lighthouse area and Singer Island, both of which East. Its PBC, so there are pockets of nice homes everywhere. But you can get a nice home, in Jupiter, Juno or Tequesta(my personal favorite) and still never have to see NL/BH/45th. No way I’d spend that kind of money to be off of Northlake or between there and Blue Heron.
