Did you notice the gold stripe down the leg? Different color of course but it reminded me of this classic suit.

It’s possible the town in which he was staying didn’t have a one hour cleaner, and the only men’s store had the flu. The whole store had the flu.

As a Dolphan I'm pissed. Most likely ANOTHER in a long, long string of Dolphin Draft Disasters.

Flores, or Grier, or whoever was behind it, got way too cute with their trades. The two of them both have chips on their shoulders and are trying too hard to look smart.

Instead of staying pat at #3 and taking Kyle Pitts, who would've been the PERFECT compliment for Tua, we trade down to 12, then package some of those picks to move back up to #6, and what we netted from the deal was a third-round(!) pick next year, and San Francisco's first-round pick the year after that (2023).

Then when we pick at #6 and have the choice of reuniting Tua with either Smith or Waddle, we choose Waddle, who is the smaller and (probably) more injury-prone of the two. Most mock drafts I saw had Smith going before Waddle.

Then we get to our second first-round pick, #18, and take Jaelan Phillips, an edge rusher from UM who NOBODY had going that high. Again, this is Flores and/or Grier trying to show that they have some special insight. All they did was outsmart themselves.

Dolphins should've stayed at #3 and taken Kyle Pitts, then Bama RB Najee Harris at #18.

Instead we got Jaylen Waddle and Jaelan Phillips, so we now lead the league in players whose mothers didn't know how to spell Jalen.

Remember when Dolphins fans say we should judge the Football offices of NFL teams, beware what you wish for... the Dolphin's front office has been fuching up for over a decade.

Over a decade? That's all? You're too kind. Our front office has sucked at least since Joe Robbie died in 1990, and to be honest, even before that. Never managed to address the obvious personnel deficiencies during the Marino years, and squandered his incomparable talent. And have barely sniffed the playoffs in all the time since he left.

I'll see your Yatil Green and raise you Eric Kumerow.

You can blame injuries for Yatil Green and John Bosa, Kumerow mostly just sucked.

Alex.
I call.

(Puts down cards.)

Wisconsin CB Jamar Fuchsing Fletcher in 2001, when we could've had Drew Brees. Or for that matter, Reggie Wayne, Chad Johnson or Steve Smith. Drew Brees, though. That would've been a historical franchise-changer. But we were satisfied that we didn't need an upgrade...from Jay Fiedler. Instead, we apparently needed a CB who was an upgrade from our two starters at the time, Sam Madison and Patrick Surtain. So we got Jamar Fletcher.

(Rakes in chips.)

You have a comfortable lead, but I think you really need one more to ice things. If you get a phone call from a 215 area code, take it. Trust me on this.
