Decided years ago that if we didn’t use the fine china for Mondays and hamburgers then we would never use it. Ever. The kids now think this is normal. :lol:

We had burgers last night and I chose to grab pre-patties from WF. :puke: They were so fuchsing salty I had 2 bits and threw the rest in the garbage. That’s not the first time either.

Daughter was in charge of dinner and that’s what she wanted. It’s her favorite meal.

That looks great. Does @CDGator know about this?
I think he gave it a like. I have a friend who caters for companies and he cooks the employees steaks several times a year. He wants them uniform for all so he trims the tails. I try to grind it so it turns out 80-85% venison, 5-8% beef and 10-15% beef fat. That's the goal and it makes a great hamburger on the grill that will rival any! IMHO

I am enjoying a fine pasta, while at the same time celebrating what most would call the most important week of the year in television.
I would appreciate any advice on what pairs well with this entree (besides Imodium, of course)
