No it's 8-0, not 6-0. Only score is a pick six by a safety, then the snap gets bobbled on the extra point so the holder pitches it to a backup DT on the kick protection team, who rumbles! Bumbles! Stumbles! across the goal line for a 2-pt conversion.
But that would require MORE THAN ONE play involving a Gator player crossing the goal line. muschamp would be furious.

NFL rookie Tamorrion Terry indicted for felony murder in Georgia

Former Florida State University wide receiver Tamorrion Terry’s release from the NFL‘s Seattle Seahawks came just days after he was indicted in a gang-related murder that occurred in 2018. Terry was one of 11 people named in the indictment handed down by the grand jury in Turner County, Georgia.

Tamorrion Terry indicted on a charge of felony murder in Georgia

The indictment handed down on June 22 relates to a nightclub shooting that occurred in Ashburn, Georgia, during the early hours of Saturday, June 30. The charge of felony murder is applicable as a death occurred, even if by accident, in the commission of a felony.

A total of seven people were reported to have been hurt in the incident, with 21-year-old Za’quavia Smith the lone fatality. The shooting occurred at Studio 2.0 nightclub on W. Washington Avenue. One of those named in the indictment, Jontavious Coley was arrested and charged with felony murder and aggravated assault. However, Coley was not believed to have acted alone at the time, but further names were not known until the indictment on June 22.

I don’t think I’ve seen you this adamant about a petition since the time you wanted to promote approval of heavy drinking on Thursdays.

A position to which you clearly still subscribe.

I really miss having Nelsons, Wrights and Spikes making the other team want to avoid pain more than they wanted to try to win.

We just have "speed" guys now. No hitters.

The whole goal is to turn 'Merican football into occasional contact soccer. Can't have violence displayed so blatantly on a field, you know. Can't wait until some of these folks read the BUDS or Ranger syllabus. I am sure the 10 mile night swim will become a 100 yard dog paddle with safety observers every 5 meters.

Jenkins and Haden were given a tall order to contain Julio in the 2008 SECCG, and did as well as they could. But he was mostly having his way when they went his direction(5 rec, 124 yards through 3 quarters). But if you go back to the waning moments of Q3, there’s a play in the end zone where instead of going for the INT, Major just destroys him. They still got a FG out of it, but by my recollection, Jones never caught another pass in the game.

And the uga WRs in 2005 and 2006(with RFN) were just embarrassing to watch on several plays over the middle. I’ve never seen players more afraid. But I guess when your vet WR teammate has his face split open, you tend to be a little concerned.

Obviously rule changes have hampered things, but the impact of a hitter roaming the secondary is probably one of the most overlooked components to a defense.
