We lost to them by 6 last year in a shootout. They aren't the same team either. As long as we field a team, we have a chance.
I don't see how people believe this.

Trask is a great passer.
EJ is an awful passer and isn't going to break many tackles against Bama.
Mullen isn't likely to back off of giving EJ 3/4's of the snaps

We're gonna get throttled.

I'm basing my statement on AR15 playing. I'm trying to be optimistic. Hoping our defensive front can pressure their QB enough to cause mistakes. They are our only hope to slow down their offense.

AR15 would make a big difference in the game, however the defense is mediocre at best and the Grantham factor is well....we know who Grantham is.
Even with AR15 taking 100% of the snaps, I don't see a way UF wins this game...and we all know for a fact AR15 isn't going to get anywhere near the bulk of the snaps.

That will be the only way we find a way to win. I'm not disagreeing that our offense has to score points. But when they've lost games it's usually been assisted by the QB having some turnovers. If we have some ridiculous game where we force their young QB into bad possessions. Elam and Carter have to be huge for us to have a chance.

Wow that author really laid it on thick. Every time I thought the article was ending with one last picture, I scrolled past the pic and it kept going. His point was abundantly well made. If Mullen does not start AR15, he at least needs to go to him early and often.

As stubborn and thick-headed as Cousin Eddie is, I'm still holding out hope that he won't be like Kirby Smart and stick with EJ for the whole game, until we're so far behind that it's too late for AR to make a difference.

Seriously, who gets Covid 3 times?
Dr. Rendi Murphree says that in Alabama it's happening to more people than you think.

Some unvaccinated Alabamians contracting COVID-19 two or three times

MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WPMI) — New cases of COVID-19 are popping up across Alabama, and doctors say they are treating patients who are dealing with it for a second and third time.

Dr. Rendi Murphree with the Mobile County Health Department said more people than you think are contracting COVID-19 repeatedly in Alabama.

"For every one breakthrough case you hear about in Alabama, we hear about four to five reinfections. And that's just going to continue to happen until people get vaccinated," Murphree said.

She said so far, there are at least 4,000 to 5,000 reinfected cases in the state.

Many times, those reinfected have mild symptoms or are asymptomatic the second or third time around.

“So, you got two-thirds of the people who are out there with COVID that are not symptomatic. And if they don't go home, they don't even realize that they are infecting other people," Dr. Murphree said.

She said people who go unvaccinated after catching COVID-19 are more at risk of catching it again. The reasons are the length of natural immunity from the infection is believed to only last a short time, and different variants circulating increase the risk.

"There’s just not complete data on, you know, how long immunity lasts, how strongly the immunity protects," Murphree said.

Let's be honest. "There's not just complete date on, you know," anything to do with this whole nonsense. I am over it. Wake me up when I die of covid. Until then I don't give a Fuchs.

Sorry, was that off topic? Don't give a Fuchs about that either.

If we somehow beat Alabama then maybe I'll start giving a Fuchs about some sh*t.

you know, moving some of our wide receivers over wouldn't be the worst idea. They are mostly 230 pounds and seem to be the only people who know where the weight room is.
Could you imagine moving Shorter to defense? Opposing offenses could walk past him without being touched
