Can you get excited by any show that includes Laura Rutledge? (I can.)

Absolutely. Beyond her obvious assets she actually knows more about football then Aaron's moron brother. If they would make him sit there and shut up, I would be more excited but they won't.

Players and coaches like to pretend that a common muscle cramp in the back of the thigh was a "hammy," because a hamstring strain is purely an accident that can happen at any time. It's nobody's fault. Whereas muscle cramps are avoidable.

When the back of a player's leg cramps up during or after a long run, it's because he wasn't staying hydrated, stretched and limber on the sidelines while waiting to go into the game. So it's really the fault of the player and trainers, and ultimately the coach. Naturally, neither the player nor coach wants to admit that.

:bob:

Good news guys. The more talented team wins 80% of the time.
That means the less talented team wins one out of 5 games.
We have lost to bama 7 times in a row.
Statistically we are due!

I was told several times last week she's going hard after Threat. I mean this in the most respectful way to him, but that changes things dramatically for her in my book.
Laura has a soft spot in her heart for freaks. She was made fun of for having double Ds in 6th grade so she feels my pain. Get a few drinks in her and she'll pity fuhk a homie.

Couldn't be as freaky as that backroom of the set diddling Charissa Thompson

It's why they use the stationary bikes...he was fairly cold...he was used very little before that 80yrd run.

Especially when he has a history of this.

If it was just a cramp.... that is all on him. You drink, you don't cramp. Pee should be clear.

The problem with the bike is the QBs are usually right by the playcaller hearing and seeing everything he does, trying to learn even while not on the field.

I keep seeing Ventrell Miller had arm surgery and is out for the year. Has that been made official?
