You're normally smarter than this. You honestly believe this coaching search has only been going on for two days?
I think you think too much.

Napier has no interest in the LSU job. He's already accepted the UF job.
Offensive guys fit our culture... that is the thing. In any organization culture is important. If you get a guy that is not going to fit the culture, just because he can recruit and win but it's a bunch of 14-3 games. He will get burned out of here so fast. Because the margin for error is nil.
No, what I read about his offense is not at all what his offense looks like during the games.Swamp Donkey is hilarious, wanting to be the "cool kid" now and go along with the mob. He wasn't that down on Napier at all until he saw others trashing him, then he jumped right in.
Dont be silly.Dude, you haven't taken this far enough. Our Gators will be WORSE than Vandy, losing to them annually. )
Answer my question.
sure thing.Perhaps we should wait and see about what staff he's getting, particularly on offense, before we hire someone to have him shot on the tarmac.
Lord I hate to agree with Doug......
there were a few buzzes about us looking at other coaches.I think if the search had been started much earlier, it would be awfully difficult for someone outside the AD’s to not know about it.
Yep. Ol' Sling Blade Napier will be missing two critical vocabulary words in his push for a rebuild: "downfield" and "speed." Youtube up this guys games. They redifine slow and plodding. Even Vanderbilt will be feeling sorry for us before its over. No, what I read about his offense is not at all what his offense looks like during the games.
Again, very Chump like. The spin is "multiple and aggressive" the game film is 1970s Georgia.

Other fanbases getting nervous hearing that we were inquiring about this or that guy.
Because our last few coaches were right in lock-step with the state media? Don't understand this take. What's the culture? To sit back and be lazy and let the inmates run the asylum? What an awful move culturally to bring in a no-nonsense hick to run the program. He’ll be at odds from the get-go with the state media. This is not the Deep South.
I'm confused are we talking about Stricklin or Slingblade. What an awful move culturally to bring in a no-nonsense hick to run the program. He’ll be at odds from the get-go with the state media. This is not the Deep South.
