I took your mom to Hometown Grill. Had a nice meal and conversation. You need to call her more often, it really means a lot to her. Ohh,,...and of course after dinner I plowed her.
Are you proud of picking this up? Congrats

It is amazing that you *****es complain if I reiterate something, and then complain if I dont.

Ive already done this like 50 fuchsing times. Probably ten times in the coaching thread alone.

Im not going to do it again EVERY SINGLE TIME one of you waterheads spouts your stupid mantra AGAIN.
Guys, listen stop badgering swonkey on who he'd want as coach.

I did everyone a favor and quoted him in my Sig so everyone would know who Swonkey loves the most.

You're welcome :proud:

OK my .00005 bitcoin. I have read in here for fcknnEver that we need all the whistles and bells for the youngsters to be happy. Water slides. Video games. Indoor practice facilities. Chocolate fountains. And a Taj Mahal for them to live in. Well that proves that Lame is the guy. He is young, cool, social media savvy and tied to us with JR's daughter even though they divorced. IF SOS lets Lame kiss his ring I am all in. Otherwise its law, FF and cover2 with ADG as AD and in house counsel.

Somebody wrote on SEC rant that Napier was our new HC and they were waiting until the end of regular season play to officially announce it to the public. Don't no how much to put in this but thought you all might like to hear that's out there be pushed on other boards

We'll hear about his $60M, 10 year contract extension any time now.

I've seen this as well from a variety of different places. Supposedly the contract is done. I tend to believe it. As far as when the official announcement, I have read different things. Which one is true I don't know. Just announce it and get it over with.

I've read quiet a bit more about Napier and he as much as I don't really want to admit it, looks like he may be the best overall fit here at UF! This is just my opinion but he comes closest to ck'ing all the boxes without all the bullcrap that comes with people like Kiff or Cristalballs.
Not having power 5 HC experience seems to be his real downfall. But it is a small prob compared to some of the baggage that comes with alot of the other choices. You can hate this all you'd like and it's just my thing that everyone has but I don't think it would be a bad choice compared to the rest of our choices out there at this point!!

Woke up at 5:00 this morning and couldn't get back to sleep so I decided to do some research on Napier. I don't like his offense but to be fair being at a smaller school limits his talent pool. The biggest takeaway is that he appears to have adopted much of Saban's system, process and approach in order to maintain consistency, which he has done. Stricknine's description of what he is looking for was almost word for word with statements Napier makes in interviews with Jim Rome and others.

Napier is not my first choice but if he is hired I will support him and keep on rooting for the Gators.

That's not a takeaway that's a talking point his agent spreads. You can't even see that on TV or prove that in any way. You are just repeating what a few other people have said which frankly is the same **** they said about Chimp and Sharkboy. It's the same **** they say about every person that was at Alabama.

The take away is he's won most of their games to last 2 years, and that he's improved their recruiting some although frankly the scale is so small it's hard to determine what that means. Remember Chimp and Butters was lauded as being an excellent recruiter too.

The other takeaway is that his offense looks like Mullinz without the Qpower and with even less vertical passing or even sideways passing. They do seem to have a decent offensive line and I noticed they were nominated for an offensive line award. it's been a while since we had one of those.

This:

And this:
you can want that all you all you care to. flashy pla callers are head coaches very quickly.

Bob Stoops is about the only guy that I ever saw who managed to keep a good OC every year.

Even with Satan keeping four spare tires on staff at all times, he's only really had one good OC... maybe two depending on how drunk Sark was that day.
