All the crystal Balls were showing him at OU. Wow, that worked out well for us.

We really need that DC from Houston. Especially if they beat Cincy this week.

I disagree. It's easy to just say Knox is a moron and we are going another direction.

He’s got an apostrophe in his first name: We’re Back Baby!

Now we need some gang banging felons to round out the roster.

Well since I have no idea how to pronounce his first name if he signs with UF, can I just call him Apostrophe?

Unless we can pull some studs, I hope we keep this class relatively small (18 or so) and use a few on the portal (I'm sure we're going to lose more than usual w/ the coaching transition). There was also talk about allowing more than 25 counters w/ the new transfer rules.

A 4-star LSU RB commit just decommitted and apparently has a relationship w/ Napier:

And just like that OU recruits jumping ship…gotta love ours being like, “I might look around, not sure” after Mullen got the boot!

Ours sure as **** aren’t feeling deceived

He’s definitely a candidate for the all-name team.

Seriously as savvy as these kids are on the internet and social media these days, if they don’t know what the deal is with college coaches, that’s on them

At this point I think Etienne is the most likely 2nd back. We were already trending for him because of his brother being in Jax but Napier also has a relationship with him.

Not a fan of Savage? Seems like everyone praised him so much early on…is he really below average?

Yes, Savage is an average, nothing spectacular S&C coach. He was 28 years old w/ less than a full year of head S&C Coach experience when he left MSU for UF. It was another lazy hire by Mullen - a 28 y/o should NEVER be in charge of an SEC S&C program. What he's done was praised because the last piece of sh*t S&C coach we had under Butters was teaching yoga & pilates, while the players were seeking outside help w/ S&C - it was that bad. So ANY competent S&C coach would have been seen as a massive upgrade. I think Savage will eventually be a good, top tier S&C coach (how many get their first gig at 27 years old??).

It sounds like Napier will have 2-3 S&C coaches plus some nutrition peeps. Savage could stay in that scenario.

He'll have more than 2-3, we have that many now (there's at least two assistant S&C coaches for football).
