Picked up a feel for his leadership/ management/ delegation strategy. He talks like a leader who knows the "core" strategic and tactical events and will keep himself involved in the core. "Vision without an action is a dream" another nugget that will be heard throughout gator nation and will be drilled into the minds of the players. Individual action plan for every returning player is an imperative and they used the bowl practices to evaluate and create these plans. It sounds like he would be happy if EJ stays with the team. Still very impressed with his composure and his ability to articulate a new direction.
