New Season of Ozark came out (Netflix). Highly recommend that show if you haven’t seen it.

Jason Bateman is a money launderer who has to atone for his partner stealing drug cartel $$ by laundering more. Has a Sopranos set in Alabama type feel.

I set our Netflix to cancel at the end of the month so we are binging it. However it said season 4 part 1. Not sure if there will be more releases in a few months. Is this the last season?

I believe S4 is intended to be the last season. Us fans were addicted through 3 progressively immersing seasons and left with 'what could they possibly do for s4?' when it ran down. I think, like Stranger Things, there is a contract for S4 and no promise of anything more. I'm praying the writers for Ozark S4 are from earlier and able to keep the magic going. Stranger Things I'm feeling will be a complete ugh! like a cheesy sequel with little connection or feel of the original.

I kinda though they'd drop all of Ozark S4 at once....

They need to drop the other half quick. Wait almost two years and leave us with that hanger and the others are all done.

Stranger things is almost going to be 4 year’s between seasons. I’ll watch but expectations get lower by the day. There was a video game series I loved in my early twenties. Took fifteen years to make the third and by that time I was aged out.

We finally got around to watching Yellowstone a few weeks ago. Finished all 4 seasons in like a week. That was probably the best show I have ever watched. Ever.

I'd definitely like to watch the spinoffs 1886 and 6666.

We just started Ozark and are on episode 9-ish of the 1st season. I dont get the appeal. The wife has even fallen asleep during a few episodes. I'll finish the 1st season. But unless it finishes with a bang, I dont see myself starting season 2.

You're just not cerebral enough for Ozark... it's nuanced.

Several friends have said they don’t want to watch Yellowstone because of Kevin Costner. They are missing out. I too feel it is the best show EVER! The writer actually plays a character in later seasons. I think it’s in Season 3. He’s a bad actor though. He tried to pitch the series to HBO and they said no thanks, nobody would want to watch that.

OK, you nailed it, I stand corrected, you ARE cerebral.

And this whole thing with his wife. I mean, he keeps watching the hidden sex tape of his wife and lover. And then the wife keeps leaving messages on her dead lover's cell phone? Yet, they going through the motions of this whole situation as some sort of partnership. It's borderline retarded.

And holy hell with the gay shiit. I called that the 2 FBI guys were a couple in the beginning. My wife didnt believe me until the white dude blew his load into that one dude's mouth :lmao2: I think @cover2 is watching to see if he can actually see some feltching in action.

I was kinda astonished that more people here weren't familiar with the term... used to call guys felchers all the time.

Still on season one of Yellowstone. We got a very late start and I'm really bad about sitting down to watch TV. My wife has more free time and went ahead of me, throwing our schedules off. So we kind of stopped and started fresh with 1883, where we're on episode 4. It takes a while, and Sam Elliott will always be Cher's boyfriend with the kid with the face, but I like it so far. Not sure on whether I like McGraw or not. Some scenes I'm not a fan, and then there'll be a part where I think he's become one of the best actors around. Very strange.

I don’t know that I’d ever want to see it, but the thought of it, especially after hearing about it on the John Boy and Billy Show, is pretty hilarious.

Maybe it’s more of a northern thing, but regardless, I think Brad is just being quite coy ;)

Yeah I turned the show off after that and never went back. I get that hollyweird tries to normalize the behavior but damn I don't need to see it. Like showing people throwing up. You can imply it, or say they did it, but there's no need to show it.
Unless it's two women then I want to see it all.

I felt like it really picked up in the middle of season 2

I mentioned it before in this thread but zero zero zero on Amazon Prime is awesome.

Despite its stupid name, it’s about a billion dollar drug shipment from the Mexican Cartel to the Italian Mafia shipped by some Americans.

I just rewatched it. Trust me, it’s one of the best shows out there. The first episode is a little dry as they are setting up the characters, but every other episode is just awesome.
