Since I am not pumped for next year, I say save the roster sppt and see whether CBN can actually recruit some talent to UF.
Perhaps you should take the year off and come back in 2023 ready to go. You’re always the life of the party and we’ll miss you, but we’ll just have to get by somehow.

What I like about the way you run GC, at least the Sports Forum, Ox, is that you have learned from journalists and are following their lead. Keep the site on THE NARRATIVE. The narrative is, of corse, that errything is just wonderful here in River City. Just like the MSM, the NYT and WaPo. Good luck. I have a feeling you have a harder job than their Editors. When you've gotten rid of me, someone else will pop up to observe that The Emperor has no clothes.

Whether you like it or not, you're one of the main characters here. You can't leave

I hate that you seem to feel unfairly "suppressed" or that "everyone" here, except you, is tripping on rainbows and drunk on the company cool aide. I do understand that people, generally speaking, tend to chafe at being hemmed in by "dictates" regarding what they can think, say or do. But attacking the proprietor of this fine establishment because he's taken some measures to cut down on the knife fights and to curb the extreme nature of some of the invective being spewed by a few, is, IMO, unjustified. But to each his own - and if you feel out of place or ill-served because of the minimal "rules of the road" or the generally prevailing attitudes and opinions of the community, including Ox, that is your privilege. Perhaps it really is time for a short sabbatical. Personally, I'll miss you if you go, but we'll muddle through somehow, one way or another.
