I'm going to hire the best and brightest EMP engineers and invent a portable, hand held, line of sight, EMP device to fry any car that doesn't use a turn signal.

80% of the cars in Jupiter will be FUBAR within a week.

or

Charter a plane to the top of the world and take a pic of me saying "I'm on top of the world! ".

or

I went to Hobby Lobby today to buy a picture frame but it wasn't on sale.
Waiting until it's 50% off next week.
If we win tonight, I'm not waiting.

Wouldn't be surprised if the jackpot goes up a little more before the drawing.

First purchase...an attorney

After all that, taking the lump sum.
Taking a small portion that still equates to 20 or 30 million for "walking around" cash

The rest gets invested.
If you had a simple 5% growth on $500 million, you'd get $25 million a year return.

Billionaire in 20 years (or less with a higher return)

I want me some fuchs you money

If you're going the practical route, don't cash the ticket in yourself. Sell the ticket and let someone else deal with the headache of having their name and likeness plastered everywhere. Sneak away with your still 100's of millions and carry on. Don't forget about the private island. It probably wouldn't hurt to convert some of your cash into gold bars and get those locked up somewhere safe; preferably a neutral country or three.

Who are we kidding? We all know you head to China for experimental growth surgery and end up in a coma while the commies drain your bank accounts

I was down across the border in SC and got me a ticket. Yes, I’d have to pay SC tax with NC, but in SC you can remain anonymous.
