Been there like I said, going back to baseball.

Problem is, the competition is likely to get much tougher. There are some bright spots with the Gators but there is a lot more to be concerned about.
The coaching, along with the massive support staff, has been suspect and it has been a different unit each week having a terrible game. Last week it was the offense. This week the defense was pathetic and honestly the offense in the second half was terrible. I'm not panicking but I am concerned. I expected a lot better from this crew and the first 3 weeks have left me underwhelmed, including the Utah game-which we were lucky to win with that last minute pick. We could very easily be 0-3. No killer instinct.
Offense: I think the AR experiment should be over. He's terrible. He can't throw. He still has very sketchy downfield vision. Those picks were uncalled for and there were a couple other throws that were terrible. On the flip side, he was at least showing a bit more touch this week. And the first designed run for Richardson in the 3rd quarter vs USF. Why? Is he hurt? If he's hurt he's fragile, let him heal and try Kitna. And I keep asking myself why aren't they feeding Etienne the ball more? I heard he doesn't know the whole playbook but he's clearly the best back we have. Johnson is just a step behind.
What's with all the penalties?
Defense: they're just bad but they can catch at least. I felt like I was watching 3rd and Grantham a few times tonight. I know Miller is out but one guy isn't making that kind of a difference. After Miller, Burney has been the best LB, seems to be around the ball a lot. But this scheme seems to have some issues. Toney runs the 4-2-5 right? Every WR seems to have been wide open all year, the DBs are mostly too far off their players, 9-10 yards off. And tackling? As bad as it was last year it is just as bad or maybe worse this year. It feels like there has been no offseason work on the fundamentals.
Again there are some bright spots but a lot of work to do on both sides of the ball.
Not defending that ****. Just stating the he may have been right
We are not a good team and have little talent, but truth be told Sling Blade was 100% horrendous tonight in all areas. He has a lot to prove before I think he has any skills between the lines. He talks like a HC and seems to understand process, but his between the ears between the lines so far is awful.
Why did we use a TO after the bad snap? I see no conceivable reason. Force them to use theirs or scurry? Anyone anyone anyone????
