We have enough data. Dude most definitely won't work out. Just a matter of when, not if. The only question is will Billy do what needs to be done.
In the last presser Billy stated he is heavily involved with the defense and works with them closely every day as they play complementary football, offense, defense and special teams…. M’mmmhmm…

Well his O, D and Special teams are equally uninspiring. Can't wait to see what he has in store for us tomorrow.

I love all the smart posters that really don't know chit.

Nobody knows if Toney will work out. We need more time and data to fully assess. But, but, but's don't matter, we will know when we know. If you knew before everyone else in the world good for you. That and a few dollars will get you a gallon of unleaded somewhere. Pounding your head against the wall for the rest of a lost season won't get you anything. Relax and let it play out.

Yeah based on your results and evaluations I think people would be better listening to someone who doesn't base everything they say on their paid subscription to Rivals Insider and instead someone who actually watches the games and individual/position group battles......

Down to #116 in yards allowed per game. With only 4 games left, dead last seems out of reach, but if PT stays focused, I think we can get into the 120's.

The main problem we have is that our high octane offense scores so early and often that opponents are having to open the playbook to keep pace. Therefore, I don't expect us to rise much above 100. Next year when our offense slows down a bit after losing all-American linemen O'Cyrus, we'll leap back up into the 70's or 80's in total defense. Book it!

P.s. When is the last time we had an All-American on our offensive line?

Not a team left we play that won't at least get 450 yards on this pathetic defense.

Every team that we have left on the schedule will be a struggle and we'll have to fight to win each one of them. I'm really digging here, but was glad, shocked, surprised that we even made UGAly get off the field on a handful of 3rd downs. Even with turnovers. You know it's bad when that's all we have to hang our hat on.

Our D, it is all combinations of problems. Yes it's the player, yes it's the coaching, and yes it's the scheme.

I've said for a while now that it is players. Grantham leftovers, Diabetus and Co. hitting the portal. Not sure how much they'd have helped but it could not have hurt. We have not a push on the DL since Grennard and Zuniga left, that's a lack of recruiting. QB's had no time to throw, potentially masking our DB issues. I think many agree we need upgrades at personnel. We've also seen enough to know bad habits as well (Dean/Torrence).

Also, said that Toney is going to run his D and damned be the consequences. We know that PT is not going anywhere this year, but needs some change and improvement. Just think it is too much for them and needs to adjust and simplify. Hard to tell how much of the changes on UGAly, but we'll soon see with the rest of the schedule. But definitely something needs to be done and who all knows. I am about to the point that the entire defense needs to be rebuilt. Too much damaged goods. But it looks as if it is a total system failure.

Like I said, all the teams left for us will be able to move the ball, no question. Just try to improve on 3rd down, be opportunistic, and tackle.

Bumping this. Props to PT, finally has our boys playing up to their potential! Gotta love the progress we’re seeing, hope it stays this way especially in two weeks!

I think guys are settling in to their assignments, and I think Cox was a problem. This is the result.

Guys are swarming, penetrating and consistently pressuring the QB, which is making it easier for the secondary. The turnaround in the last six quarters has been nothing short of remarkable. They look pumped and excited out there.
