I heard yesterday from a good friend that Napier is also getting push back from a "faith based" approach.

Maybe Napier is more overbearing with it than other coaches. I do get vibe that Billy and his family are very strong in their faith. I guess it’ll put some people off.

Translation: you're renewing. ;)
Translation...Highly unlikely.

I have done the math and since 2010 UF on average is an 8-win, 5 loss team. I supported MooseDump, Shark F'er, Mullen and Napier this season. I am tired of watching terrible football with coaches that can't manage games or expectations. My wife made the comment several years ago that the way you make statements is to not donate $$$$$$.

Even if it's not really an issue, in these times, there will always be someone who tries to make it an issue. Even if just for click bait

For the record, Billy didn't like the pimp cane. He's told his wives that it's actually the band baton and not a pimp cane.
Wives?

Your friend knows Rojas?
St. Booby used to tell recruits' mommies that he would take their sons to Sunday service. I guess that doesn't play like it used to.
I think so. He's in finance and knows a lot a $$$ guys.

As for family, I think that's why he (Napier) stresses strong family ties and commitment.

I've been told by some people, "Religion has no place is sports". Even here.
Very few people have a problem with religion in sports or here for that matter. I think sometimes you just fail to read the room in that regard. Just some friendly advice

You may be right on reading the room. However, it may surprise you how many people get triggered. Some stopped posting here. I'll leave it at that
