I am happy that Rash-drama is already been given his release. Very unexpected but glad to see that our ranking only fell two spots. I thought it would have been a lot more with the supposed #1 recruit in our class. Shows we are getting some quality and some or our guys are moving up that are already on campus. So we are at #13 on 247 and only fell .27 points in player avg. So, bye Felicia.
At this point it comes down to what he specifically does or doesn’t do. He’s not a sure thing, accuracy is an issue. He could grow to be like Hendon Hooker or never pan out. Can he read defenses, throw on time and accurately under pressure? How will he prep? Lead? In any case his ranking doesn’t affect how the others play.

Our lines of scrimmage on both sides have really improved over the last 6 weeks. OL needs to get in sync, DL needs to gain experience, but both have taken big steps forward.

NSD is a week from Weds.

I haven't heard about any potential recruits signing.

The defensive line, absolutely. The offensive line compared to 6 weeks ago when they all left for the NFL or portal, sure. But compared to last year’s? Not so sure about that.

With high school football season well over, how do players continue to move up in recruiting rankings, i.e., from 3* to 4* and 4* to 5*? Likes on Twitter?

Good point. I think that post-NFL departures we’ve upgraded. The transfers in are as good or better than the departures, plus we added a recruit.

Their senior season is taken into consideration, and also the All-Star games at the end of year.

There are also the parents that make a large donation to the recruiting sites, that's usually the biggest factor.

Everyone just needs to remember that's there a reason Crete wasn't banned years ago.
