Given the whole DR thing, I'm guessing she's bringing a live chicken with her... no, TWO live chickens.

In the backyard of our house, it’s tranquil pool and coconut palms, but also inner city, 3 blocks from Flagler(the intracoastal), ocean breeze and distant traffic sounds.

Then you hear chickens in the mornings and often the sound of a pig squealing as it’s chased on Sunday.

Don’t let the chickens and pigs in the house, you wouldn’t have the noise problem!

2023 - 35 = 1988 so the kid was spot-on. But what YOU are saying is that math isn't YOUR strong suit, right? :loser:
No dumbass. That means she would have been two years old in 1990 and completly unable to tell them anything about the 80s.

His point was still valid, Stupid. And yes, if she were 35 y/o now, she would be able to tell him things about the 80's. It's called history. People actually study it sometimes...

I happened to wake up for Spring Ahead and was gratified watching the clock change from 1:59 to 3:00. I hope that a law passes instilling Daylight Savings Time for all time, and future kids never have to know this insanity.

Eastern. Took the Greyhound to Tampa when I was 11 (by myself) to visit my Grandma. Took it to college and back once. Rode the train from Gville to PCola once too.

I took a Greyhound ride from Orlando to Jacksonville when I was 17 and I figured that the duration would be about 3 hours at most.
How naive I was, that bus made a stop in every hole in the wall town between the two cities. The entire ride lasted nearly 6 hours. What a mistake.

I took a Greyhound from Columbia SC to Jacksonville, FL when I "ran away". (12 or 13 ish). It took forever. There was a stop at every podunk town plus stops at the major city terminals.

Part of my repatriation demands included my parents driving down to pick me up. I wasn't going through that bus drive from hell again.

So you ran away at 12, ending up 2 states away, and then made demands about how you were coming home? Unless your last name is Murdaugh(or “Manson”), you may have been the worst kid of all time. Holy smokes.
