Early in the 1st half Franks threw to a covered streak route when the underneath guy was WIDE fking open. I mean there wasn't a defender within 20 yds and he just locked in on 89 all the way. He hasn't progressed much. Hopefully he will get better but it doesn't look good.

Let's face it. Davis and the O-Line are the only reason we are celebrating tonight even if it is begrudgingly.

Divorce yourself a moment from the train of thought that comes from being on the right end of the 63-yard heave. Other than that one play, Franks has looked uncomfortable in the pocket, slow to find receivers, slow to process the field.

Malik was given the majority of the carries in the second half. Toney had a great pass to Cleveland and Powell had a TD run on wildcat. LDR didn't do sh!t. The short term memory of sports fans is hilarious
You saw the 3 and outs with Franks? LDR commanded the team. I hate saying that, because LDR is seriously flawed, but you cannot deny the results when the change was made

I'll eat massive crow if Del Rio is the guy and leads us to something this year. Just don't see it happening.

That said, that last pass to Swain was supposed to be a run. Good job but Del Rio to see him wide open

What do you think we are with Franks? Kid just isn't moving the ball concistently. idk what to think but I don't like it. None of it
So we win 7 with LDR this year and then he's gone. Guess what, back to square one with an unprepared Franks. Mac is trying to win now to save his azz. He doesn't care about the future of Florida football, just his own.

Del Taco knows the playbook way better, and the O ran much smoother under him. I don't like his twitter cheap shots, but I think he gives us a better chance to win now. I really hope Corral sticks.

I see Del as a cancer. Long term, he is not the solution in my opinion. He plays not to lose.

A couple things regarding LDR's performance.....He COMMANDED the offense like a leader. There were a couple times where he was trying to huddle up and his team mates were lazily walking back to the huddle and he got into their ass, barking at them to hustle up to get the play called and get back to the line. This is very important in sense of carry forward of momentum, which we all have bitched about the lacking of. Also, the line blocked better because he was calling the blocking schemes because he knows the playbook much better than Franks. He might be the spark that is needed to keep our defense off the field....maybe. I'm no LDR pumper, but the kid has been put through the ringer, and just comes out and does his job...just got to give credit where credit is due. Go Gators

Well that's on the coaches not developing any of these QB's.

This team frustrates the crap out of me. We can go a half a game with three-and-outs and then all of a sudden -- boom! -- one the playmakers makes something happen.

We've got more weapons than any season since 2009 and yet can't find a way to use them. My God, if Scarlett and Callaway were around, we'd be loaded.

Honestly, I'd like to see more Toney at QB. I remember people laughing when some stat focused blogger brought out that Toney and Del Rio were the most accurate in HS.

Especially if we end up hiring a spread HC next anyway, we will need someone like him at QB.

If Corral stays in the class that's a go to next year. Franks reads a defense slower than a DMV wait line. It's incredibly suspicious that they refuse to let him throw over the middle
