Hilarious, the coach hasnt even completed 1/2 of year 3 and hes gone, the AD hasnt even been here a year and he also needs to leave. Armchairing all the way. Mac aint going anywhere this year short of losing every game from here out. What he does this year will determine how hot or not his seat is next year. Until then sit down and shut up.
Stfu. It's obviously a hypothetical question

Well apparently Stoops was at the OSU game and was very fired up with the players which kinda makes me think he still has that itch and eventually you've got to stretch it
Could very well be...or he's full Boomer Sooner :dunno:

I could come up with a long list of coaches I would like, almost none would even consider it.

Start with say Saban, he is currently the best, but is somewhat old.

Next Dabo, Clemson is very good now, but he is not coming either.

Quinn is another great choice, but the NFL is different and he has a championship team.

I could name several more NFL coaches and perhaps some College ones as well.

That is all!!!

Starting to look more like Kelly will end up at A&M since ND will probably go at least 8-4. I think it would take a mini miracle for Sumlin to go 9-3 to keep his job.

I can only dream that someone is calling some of these names... for Florida.

I'd still say throw about $7mm at Quinn and make him say no. Then call up Brohm, winning at Purdue isn't easy as of late. If he says no, look at someone like Frost (but there's probably about a half dozen guys that could be as good)

Yes, we've got to start offering the big bucks and actually calling people. Maybe we get turned down, but they'll never accept if we never offer.

I don’t know who the best candidates are, but it’s gotta be a proven offense-minded HC.

I’m Captain Obvious, and I approve this message.

Anybody say Leach yet? He'd be my #1. Then Gundy then Holgerson.

Leach is intriguing, but can he recruit?
Not sold on Gundy. Okie state has $$ and facilities, but he hasn’t had the level of success you’d expect with those resources.
Not sure what to make of Holgerson.

Also, with jurich out at Louisville, petrino's buyout is cut in half or something like that. He's apparently trying to get his name out there for bigger jobs. Atleast that's what chuck Oliver was saying on the radio today.
So you have a couple of proven veterans like chip kelly and Bobby petrino on market too.

I like your top 3. But not Petrino.

Petrino is human garbage that would end up embarrassing the university in some capacity.
