Just remember, going 0-12 to 8-5 at ucf happened quite often with George O'Leary. He seemed to have one down year, and then sky rocketed the following year. Not saying I'm not impressed with Scott Frost, He's my number one goal. But I'm looking more at the offensive production. His offense has run almost 100 plays less than OU this year (#1 offense), and with how much they're scoring, that means UCF has been insanely proficient in that department.

Well only once from 0 and something to 8 wins, but you are correct three times O'Leary drop to 4 or 5 wins and bounced back to something like 8-5 or 10-4. The bounceback was to 10-4 two of those 3 times.

How about a Gator candidate. Gene Chizik is a Pell legacy. Just sayin'.

Frost is the Meyer like hire. Boom or Bust. He's either the next big thing, or just a hype hire. He's one of those picks that's super dangerous. We could hire him and he could be a complete bust, or we could pass on him and watch him go somewhere else and turn into the next Meyer. I would be excited and cautiously optimistic if we got him, but we just wouldn't know right away. One thing is for sure though, he'd get Toney and Davis the ball all more than this current joke of a staff..

Yeah that's true. We will never hear Frost say he was afraid of overloading one of these guys by giving him more than 4 touches a game

There’s a lot of noise on Twitter right now regarding Taggart. Young, really good, energetic coach. And he has Cristobal with him. Probably the best recruiter in the nation.

I think everyone can rule out Mullen...he would have to be an idiot to leave MSU. He's makes good money there and has no job security stress. He can win 7 or 8 wins a year and keep his job. He can even have a 4 win season occasionally and still keep his job. Why on earth would he ever want to come to Florida and take on all the associated stress and risk to make an extra $500k a year...? If it was about winning a national championship for him I think we would have already left MSU. He's got a great gig going and he and Stricklin never really got along from what my MSU friends tell me.

He's not exactly tearing up the Pac-10 this year. His passing O is ranked #95 in the nation.

Something to watch.

I see parallels between Frost's trajectory and SOS' career. We need to do whatever is necessary to get this guy, and keep him away from his alma mater.

They dropped 73 points this weekend. That is Spurrier-esque.

I’ve come around. That guy should be the number one target.
