Anyone who doesn't want to play balls-out should be released from their scholarship at this point. Let walk-ons play to finish the season if that's what it takes.

Do you think these guys quit because they just love themselves some Mac?

Discuss.

Yes, I saw a lot of players standing around on the field watching the game go by. No effort at all from some of them. They've quit.

I don’t know if that is the reason, but they quit none-the-less. That is maybe the most embarrassing thing I’ve seen this season. With as bad as the season has been, I’ve been proud of the effort by the team.

The “give up” this game pissed me off more than anything else this season. You don’t deserve to be Gators.

It's cause they know Nuss, Shannon, Nord, etc, are the real problem and Mac was actually a good guy who couldn't do what was best and fire them

They clearly quit, you would have hoped Shannon could rally them. Shows how much they care for him.

This season? In 28 years I've never seen a Gator team lay down like this. In a lot of ways this was worse than the Georgia Southern loss.

Nothing to play for? How about their freaking pride? Their school? Their fans?

I'm not disagreeing with you. But with all the turmoil and the fact that we're talking about impressionable 18-21 year old kids, I can understand from their perspective.

That doesn't make it right or mean that I like it however.

Well they've certainly earned their place in history; a forgettable, worthless squad of losers and quitters. Quite a legacy, but they've earned it.

Yep. It's definitely pretty sad and pathetic. I hope the right coach comes around with an attitude and lights a fire under their asses.

That was pathetic. Can we not fire nuss and nord right now? Surely theres a grad assistant or retarded monkey hanging around that could coach better
