The aircraft in question is not owned by the UAA and thus can be tracked. It was, presumably, chartered to pick up Chip Kelly. Hopefully we'll find out soon

"XXX pretty much confirmed it is Chip today."

Now, XXX is the same person who said it was NOT Kelly or Mullen, and XXX confirmed it was NOT Kelly just a couple of days ago. Whether or not they were deliberate lies or plans simply changed I do not know.
