This was stated earlier that the thread needed to be corrected. I don't know if it is accurate or not, but 6 years 36 million....

I said, we should have offered him $1 more than he made at Mississippi State. He made $4.5 million. If you add one dollar, that's not $6 million.

It's outrageous. This is like paying a 3rd round NFL draft pick 1st round money. He should have been offered two things:

1) $1 more than you're making at MSU.
2) The opportunity to leave this sh*thole you've been living in for the last 9 years to return to the great state of Florida....and we'll pay for your move.

This is a joke. We aren't winning 9 under mullet. We'll be lucky to win 6 games next year and all you'll hear is we have to give him time to bring in his players, then when we win 6-7 games in 2019 it will be the same, give him another year to fill the roster. Then by the end of the 3rd year everyone will be catching on that he is what his record already told you what he was, but he'll get another year but probably won't make it through his 4th year.

I'm tossing out listed stats, not "probably"s or "anywhere"s.
Note that I didn't specifically endorse any. I've seen footage of Fields and I believe his size is somewhat accurate, though I'll grant that most of his ground yardage has not been up the middle.
No...I don't think Franks is a good fit for anything other than maybe tight end.

And Im telling you, recruit stats are inflated, especially quarterbacks. You know darn good and well Fields is not a fit for what mullen has been running the last 8 years. His qb that just got injured is way more built than fields is.

Yup, because I also see the four years before that as well as the other side of Fitzgerald's talent (dude can flat out run for a big QB). As I've said before, Mullen game plans around his talent and what the opposition yields.
