If I was Franks, I would try another sport. I do not think he will ever be a successful college quarterback.

Presuming Jones will start, we still have to keep some QBs for depth. I'd almost rather see us keep Trask and Allen, and let Franks transfer. It is possible that DM will be able to teach him to be an effective QB, but I just don't know. I guess at this point, with Jones on board, Zaire isn't going to ask for a 6th year.

We need this many again, and they need to be this good.

Would you rather be in FSU's shoes? We have some work yes but I guarantee we finish strong and with a top 15 maybe 10 class which is unheard of with a coaching change

For the love of God, Mullen has been at the helm for a month and has absolutely killed the recruiting trail, took BIG risks (by stiff-arming Corral and going after Fields/Jones) which paid off and out recruited Esophageal Spasms and Taggart for EJ. That's one hell of an accomplishment in such a short time span and we still have just under two months to fill our coffers.

He's not a consensus 5*, but I don't think anyone rates him under 4*.

I still believe Driskel would have contended for a Heisman under Meyer and/or Mullen.

So... 3 weeks and 2 days after DM is hired, and you’re disappointed that he hasn’t filled out the class??? You serious, Clark?

It’s the EARLY SIGNING PERIOD! NSD is still several weeks away. I don’t know how well DM will close out the class, but for the love of humanity, let us have ONE DAY to enjoy what should be considered a critical win in the rebuilding effort.

I’m very pleased with them being able to steal an elite QB. Mullen and staff obviously have a lot more work to do. We need to bring in 27+ recruits. And right now we are at 13.

The biggest win would be if they lock up Surtain and Tyson out of AH. We would be set at CB for the next 3-4 years.

Out of the 13 - here’s what I’d like to see:

2 DE
1 ILB

I didnt want him at first and I have no clue if he can return us to prominence. That being said, I am warming to him and I think he is doing all the right things off the field. I pray it translates to the field and we continue trending up. Good day today. Go Gators!

I was a little unsure when Fl made the hire but I have been very pleased in how Coach Mullen is going about things. He puts out a very good vibe that he knows what he's doing and is in control.
