As for me, it's a tossup between Vandy '13, Missouri '14, and FSU '15. Missouri might be out of the running since it was a great day aside from the game and I basically drank an entire bottle of Jameson. FSU was actually a fun day, too. We'll go with Vandy. There was absolutely nothing redeeming about that day.

[QUOTE 2010 USC in the swamp, we win, we play for SEC Championship. The game was over by half. Marcus Lattimore embarrassed us. God was smiling down on the gamecocks that night

That 2010 gamecocks loss was the first one that popped up in my mind. I took a friend of mine and we had tickets in the north end zone that I got from a family friend. When we got to our seats we were accused of being in the wrong seats by a fellow gator fan. She went as far as getting an usher. We definitely were in the correct seats. It just really bothered me that we were accused of stealing seats from a fellow gator fan. On top of that we were destroyed by halftime in that game.

I also was at the 2001 Vols loss in OT 34-32. Grossman missed the throw on the 2pt conversion. Our D couldn't stop Travis Stephens.

We came up for that 2010 Usce game. Had a fun pregame with some friends, and was planning to stay overnight. But somewhere between Lattimore destroying us and Brantley catching his own pass while laying on the ground, I decided to leave early and drive the 4 hours home.

The numbness was already beginning to set in, so I didn't get that upset. Just more proof that we were headed south as a program.

Had some friends that insisted on joining us for that game, despite my telling them it would probably an expensive waste of a trip, and horrible first game experience for them. We were already in Gville for the long weekend, but they had to get a room for 2 nights, plus $150 a piece for tickets. On the Monday before the game, they realize they'd bought tix for the FAU game a week prior. Not to be deterred, they bought 2 more tix at like $200 a clip, and came up to watch a 27-2 disaster. We estimated they spent around $1500 all in. I feel bad even typing the story.

Ouch. What's even worse to me is that night is the all-time record holder for largest crowd in Swamp history, beating out Tebow's last home game.

I’m going to go with 85 Rutgers. Up 28-7 midway third quarter, tied at 28-28, Galen pulls Bell for Rodney Brewer. Unbelievable!

Was going to post this one but figured the loses beat out a tie but this game really pissed my young self off. And we had an ******* Nole at the game with us...not a pleasant wait out traffic in the parking lot for either side.

Okay, got myself a stout drink mixed to stave off any bad memories, and now I shall dive into this thread. Hopefully...hopefully this will be the complete opposite of the favorite game thread and I won't have attended many of these.

Gators have never lost any game I've attended, so the "worst" is still pretty good..

1992 S.Miss game, went with my Dad, sat next to some kid who had his parents tickets, he and his friend annoyed everyone all game long with "GO Eagles Gators SUCK", sometime in the 4th quarter they vanished...weird :D

2009 SEC Championship game is my worst for obvious reasons.

Second worse game was the 2002 game at Ole Miss. That was my first game watching the Gators in person and it was very disappointing.

Third worse was at Miss St in 2004. That was just embarrassing, but at least it lead to Zook getting fired.

Adding to this would have to include '95 Nebraska. We booked rooms at the Holiday Inn on University all ready to go wild celebrating the win. I was so pissed that I just wanted to leave. My gf (wife now) wasn't into football and couldn't understand why I was so incensed. Worse night and drive back to Jax of my life. Then get back to work with all of bs from Noles and Dawgs....Frazier scored another one. Frazier is still running. Yuck yuck.

I had forgotten about this one. By far the worst:
'80 UGAy Run Lindsey - When that F'ing dwag was coming down the sideline, he was running straight at me, and it was like a switch flipped between the UF and UGAy sections. The old Gator Bowl and that sucker was shaking; it was a little unnerving. Total and complete rip your heart out game. **** Georgia!

'85 UGAy game. We were so confident in a win. I was in the Pride of the Sunshine and after the game we are moping our way to the buses and some F'ing little dwag prick, maybe 12 years old, comes up and taps me on the arm and says, "Better luck next year!" He was standing with his parents and I looked at them, and then back at the kid and said,"FVKC OFF YOU LITTLE PUNK!"

'89 Ole Miss - was heading to the Keys on vacation after the game, so the pain of that one didn't really last all that long.

'94 Auburn. Stunning defeat. I bet the game had been over for fifteen minutes and I was still in my seat, numb.

Choke at Doak. Went with an FSU fan, sitting in the FSU booster section. He kept wanting to leave in the first half; wish I would have listened.

'96 National Championship game. We were so confident in a win. Had all these big plans to party afterwards; ended up drinking a six pack in the room. Ugh.

'01 UT So disappointing. What could have been.

Disaster in the Desert - I was convinced we were going to win. Then I spent the next 3 days in Sedona and the Grand Canyon surrounded by Nebraska fans. It was awful.

94 Auburn - Simply crushing.

93 FSU - Incredible swing of emotions. The Swamp was rocking and the momentum had completely swung our way until that damn screen pass.....

'94 Auburn loss is an underrated bummer. They pulled that one out of their ass.

The 1996 game at D'ohke in Tallasissy where we lost 24-21. That was a tough one to swallow. I did get to go to the O'Connell's home after the game, so that was cool.

Wow. Hopefully someone got a good look at that officer’s face to identity him later. I’d hate to think of the award and credit going to just some random guy that happened to be on duty that day.
I was proud of our men in blue that day. The unsung heros to Gator fans far and wide. They turned an horrifically bad Saturday afternoon into a glorious victory for the Gator Nation.
