Everybody that's clamoring to see Trask. I'll remind you what his HS coach said about him:
"We run a wide-open spread offense with a lot of zone reads and quarterback runs that Kyle couldn’t do. He’s truly a pro-style quarterback."
Dude, you might wanna start rooting for EJ. Trask will never be what some seem to think he is.I thought he should have pulled Franks after the Personal Foul call...and played Trask AT LEAST for a couple of series.
If Trask was anywhere close to ready
That’s what I’m worried about. Does he think he can transform Franks beyond this year? To the point he starts him next year too? Should be open competition this offseasonMore like if Trask was ever an option. I for one don't believe he was even close to being a starter here now or ever. Franks is there because he is the best option till eventually one of Mullen's guys are ready to go in a year or two

Trash is working hard and looks better than I ever imagined, but he is also slower than RJ Raymond. Hopefully this year he will find a lower division team that runs a prostyle that gives him a chance to play.Trask was a camp arm, that got forced into being a backup due to poor roster management. This isn't like when Spurrier had to roll out Brindise, because of injury.

Which QB do you want? The top one or the bottom one?
I honestly don't believe anyone thinks Trask is the answer....that said, I don't think Franks is an option QB either.
My bad. No idea how to fix it.This is eye cancer on mobile man
Gawd I hope so.That’s what I’m worried about. Does he think he can transform Franks beyond this year? To the point he starts him next year too? Should be open competition this offseason
Let's say for the sake of argument that Franks continues to progress to the point of being a "good" QB. I don't think he's in danger of a Heisman run next year. EJ, being the unknown, hopefully is going to be a better than "good" QB. So hopefully we have a serviceable QB in Franks next year but EJ pushing him and taking over.Gonna be hard for EJ or someone to unseat him next year barring injury or complete implosion. I look at Franks this year and think if he can continue to improve, albeit slowly, by next year he should be an okay QB....
EJ gotta get his body ready but I do believe he should have a good chance if Franks stays at where he is at
