I don't think our last 4 QB's combined have put up those kind of numbers...
Franks will be there, probably in October. He already has 12 TDs.

We dont want him running more, not with a stable of backs and no backup QB.

Jalon is too inaccurate to start. Accuracy isn't a Mullen requirement apparently
He threw for 2800 yards 13 TDs and 600+ and 11 TDs on the ground at Clemson last year. That isn't pedestrian at all.
That's 200 yards a game. Whooptidoo. And he had eight picks. Franks is on pace for more rushing yards and he sucks as a runner.

Sorry, but color me nonplussed. I'm not upsetting the applecart over another Malik Zaire.

Reading this thread sounds like Mullen has quite a difficult decision to make. Bryant is interested in us? So is Christie Brinkley.

I'm looking for clarification on it from official NCAA sources now with little luck.

Bryant would fall under the graduate transfer exemption.....Lemons will be lucky to have grades to transfer.

If anyone has definitive answers to the 2 semesters, not summer, sit out rule, please post them up with links.

Yeah, but if he has played 5 games he can't redshirt. If you are a senior especially it matters.

Under the old rules, his season and career would be over.

Why do I have a feeling with this new rule, schools like Bama, Clemson, Georgia, OSU are all going to be seeing this on a regular basis? I honestly think this rule is going to fracture teams more than help them. You cant continue to have leaders and players that the team looked up to lead to championships leave and it be good for the program. You then go on to have Dabo insult him saying hes acting like its middle school.

I've got 3 pages still to read. But, could it be that the transfer rules committee members have lately been irked about the concentration of star players into those very few schools as Bama, Clemson, OSU, etc. Maybe they saw it as ruining CFB ? Is it a "push-back". Looking forward to such a transfer
leading his transfer-team to victory over Saban, Meyer, Dabo, etc.= "push-back pay-back"??

No way should we take Bryant. Lawyer Avenatti has in his possession several letters, written in #2 pencil, stating that at middle school parties a drunken Bryant vexually molested several little classmates. But no witnesses have come forward. What? All the girl witnesses Bryant assaulted are missing ? Little girls are missing and we're talking football ?

I'd like to see how Franks develops before we go running for a grad transfer. I never thought i'd say that lol. Even Franks implodes which is a possibility, I don't think Mullen will go after a transfer. Outside of cam newton, I don't think he ever has. I personally think Bryant would do ok but having seen him play, he's pretty limited as a passer. I might change my mind if Franks falls apart.

You have zero credibility. Malik Zaire played a handful of games. He's nowhere near the QB Bryant is. It's like none of you pay any attention to other teams.

A 40qbr isn’t struggling. It sucks. That’s why he lost his job. And his passing stats last season weren’t impressive either. But I guess gator fans are so used to seeing dog crap at QB that they’ll settle for MacDonald’s. Sorry, but I’m tired of failure transfers like Burrow and Bryant. Mullen is doing well in the QB department, but it’ll take time. True QB talent is on the way.
QBR is a terrible metric to use. He lost his job because Lawrence is going to be a top 5 pick. Just like hurts lost his job to Tua. It doesn't mean he's not a good QB.

So, sum us can see Kelly Bryant leading these Gators in "We Are the Boys" post-game?
Mullen re-establishing Florida tradition.
